Welcome to Reign GRC Solutions. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Reign AI tools.
2. Information We Collect
Authentication Data: We use Google OAuth to verify your identity. We collect your email address to manage your account and subscription status.
API Keys: To provide AI services, we require your Serp, OpenAI, Stability and Firecrawl API keys. These keys are stored in volatile session memory.
User Content: We process the prompt instructions, queries and topic information you input to generate the outputs from our tools.
3. Data Usage and Security
Non-Persistence: We do not store your API keys on our permanent servers. They exist only for the duration of your active session and are cleared upon logout or session timeout.
Third-Party Processing: Queries are transmitted to Serp, OpenAI, Stability and Firecrawl to generate responses. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies on how their models handle data.
Payments: All financial transactions are handled securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our local systems.
4. Your Control
Session Management: You can use the "Reset" or "Logout" buttons in the sidebar at any time to wipe your session data and keys from the current interface.
Prompt History: You may view or clear your generated prompt history via the application sidebar.
